The cost for members is $35.00 and $55 for non-members (*includes one-year 2024 Virginia Horse Council membership). Continental breakfast and lunch are included. Topics for the seminar will include youth, trails, emergency preparedness, Equine Task Force and the veterinarian shortage in Virginia.
