Hosted by Loudoun County Equine Alliance and Loudoun Dept. of Economic Development.  A round table discussion with Supervisors Higgins and Buffington at the Win Mill Carriage Museum at Morven Park.  Discussion from 7 to 9 pm. to discuss the Equine Industry in Loudoun County;  and the future development and needs for equestrian facilities, trail system, and a proposed equine quarantine facility at Dulles Airport.
